This case courtesy of Nick Watson. The apical blush defines a rounded tumour embedded in the apex of the left ventricle. There is another smaller one on the free wall. Dense venous return from them drains to the coronary veins. No direct symptoms - presented with a stroke. Moderately strong signal on T1 MR. Since these images the patient has developed a haemorraghic pericardial effusion. Most probably these are haemangiomas. Video link.
