SVC Dilation - Page 2

Image 3 is an SVC angiogram and image 4 is a coronal T1 weighted gated MRI image. The bulge on the CXR is a dilated SVC. Right heart pressures were normal and all aspects of her original pathology and of the intervention were functionally and angiographically normal. There was no history of any problem in the SVC nor of any procedure that might have affected it. This appears to be unprovoked SVC dilatation. I have not seen anything like it before. Have you? I would be delighted to hear of any comment you might have.
