By now I expect you have realised that this website is a series of loosely clustered cases from my library. This last group is rather artifical, but I have tried to pull together ten cases where, should you ever encounter one of them, you can take a stance on limited information which might stun your audience and give your "cred" a boost. The first eight are "spot" diagnoses and last two are instances when others may make a rapid diagnosis but which you will approach with justifiable caution.
