
This CT slice is from a middle aged lady who had endomyocardial fibrosis of the acute sort, showing a thick eosinophilic cellular reaction on the endocardial surface of the right ventricle. This tumour-like process was causing severe right ventricular outflow tract obstruction. This is evident in this Video clip which is an MR scan of the right ventricle in the coronal plane.
